Tag As FavoriteComment		This was originally intended as a simple background for a character portrait, but I went way overboard, and in the end decided not to include the character at all. The picture works better without him, anyway (although I had better not let him read this ;). I really love this picture, even though it’s old, and I’ve improved technically beyond this (at least somewhat =P). However, the scene draws me in. It’s like the moon calls to me… Can you hear it, too?

This picture was computer painted from scratch in openCanvas 4.03 Plus. I use a Wacom Volito tablet. Completed in May 2005.

Do you know the new version of king's quest 2 (i think), where graham goes for valanice? This has a very similar feeling to it, from the sea just before he finds her in the tower... The colours are great and the feeling that it brings across amazing2!!! It would even be cool as a frame with a poem, an invitation or a song lyric in the middle2! Great one2!
